Come and join Michaela in the yurt or if the weather is fair, outside in nature for a session of Somatic Kundalini Yoga which includes postures, breathwork and meditation with gentle Somatic awareness to help you connect more deeply with the practice and move through energy blocks in the system

As we are a small non-profit supporting disadvantaged members of our community, please understand that your booking helps us plan and cover our costs.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the class may be transferred to another session (subject to availability).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to offer your place to a friend — please let us know their name in advance.
If we need to cancel a class (for example due to low numbers, illness, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered either:
A transfer to another session, or
A full refund.
