Equine Assisted Supervision
Not just for equine assisted practitioners…..
Michaela can offer equine and nature assisted professional supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists, holistic and well-being practitioners, particularly those working outdoors or with horses.
Supervision is an effective way to reflect on practice, practitioner well-being, ethical standards and client welfare. In equine and nature services there will be ethical consideration for horse welfare and environmental sustainability.
Michaela is a somatically trained trauma therapist specialising in neurodivergence and attachment and has been in practice for 15 years, 10 of these as an equine assisted therapist.
Michaela works from a person centred approach using the seven eyed model which allows for a phenomenological approach, I also work with transpersonal values that I hold central to the work.
