Wild Wellbeing

at The Heard

Escape to the countryside and indulge in some much-needed self-care and restoration, be supported as you slow down to the rhythm of nature, the breath of the earth, the heartbeat of the trees, the mindful presence of the horses, be still and experience the reality of what it means to be alive. Combining a range of skills that will support you in reconnecting with yourself and the stillness within, where you may access the truth of your authentic self.

We believe passionately in maintaining a sustainable and reciprocal connection with nature. We believe that all of our stress and difficulties are supported by the power of nature, if we would only allow ourselves to stop and pause and immerse fully into the presence of nature.

For those experiencing stress, anxiety and needing to take a break, this is the opportunity for you to work on your strength and resilience, soul growth and connection.

There are many ways to experience this at The Heard:

  • Our wild well being workshops, please see our Wild Well Being Workshop page for upcoming events

  • Our one to one somatic therapy sessions, these can be held regularly or as a one off session.

    Holistic Immersive Therapy sessions
