An experience of healing, harmony and energy alignment
This gently held session offers an opportunity to step away from everyday demands and spend time in a calm, natural environment supported by the presence of horses. The session has been created to give you a natural space for rest, reflection and deeper connection, allowing you to slow down and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
The experience is professionally held and fully supported, with safety and care at the heart of everything offered. All practices are guided using a gentle, trauma-informed approach, with choice and personal boundaries respected throughout. You are encouraged to engage in ways that feel right for you, with no pressure to participate beyond your comfort level.
Working in nature and alongside horses, whose intuitive and grounding presence can support relaxation and emotional regulation, the session offers a nourishing opportunity to rest, reset and experience a healing environment. Time is held to support relaxation, energetic awareness and integration, creating space for calm and connection within both the body and mind.
Each session includes one hour of somatic equine connection, followed by one hour of Reiki, with time afterwards to relax with tea and cake in the gazebo.
This session is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to this type of work or already familiar with Reiki or energy-based practices. No prior experience with horses is required.
Individual bookable time slots are available throughout the day. Please select your preferred time slot from the dropdown menu when booking. Once a slot has been booked, it will no longer be available.
Please note that lunch is not provided. Tea, cake and light refreshments will be available after your session. Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor settings and changing weather is recommended.

As we are a small non-profit, aimed at helping disadvantaged members of our community, we hope that you understand we cannot issue refunds for cancellations 14 days or less from the event date.
We reserve the right to reschedule an event if there are not enough participants - you will be offered a full refund if the new date is not suitable
