A day of healing, harmony and energy alignment
This gently held day offers an opportunity to step away from everyday demands and spend time in a calm, natural environment supported by the presence of horses. The day has been created to give you a natural space for rest, reflection and deeper connection, allowing you to slow down and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
The experience is professionally held and fully supported, with safety and care at the heart of everything offered. All practices are guided using a gentle, trauma-informed approach, with choice and personal boundaries respected throughout. You are encouraged to engage in ways that feel right for you, with no pressure to participate beyond your comfort level.
Working in nature and alongside horses, whose intuitive and grounding presence can support relaxation and emotional regulation, the day offers a nourishing opportunity to rest, reset and experience a healing environment. Time is held to support relaxation, energetic awareness and integration, creating space for calm and connection within both the body and mind.
This day is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to this type of work or already familiar with Reiki or energy-based practices. No prior experience with horses is required.
Please note that lunch is not provided, so participants are asked to bring their own food and water. Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor settings and changing weather is recommended

As we are a small non-profit, aimed at helping disadvantaged members of our community, we hope that you understand we cannot issue refunds for cancellations 14 days or less from the event date.
We reserve the right to reschedule an event if there are not enough participants - you will be offered a full refund if the new date is not suitable
