As we are a small non-profit, aimed at helping disadvantaged members of our community, we hope that you understand we cannot issue refunds for cancellations 14 days or less from the event date.
We reserve the right to reschedule an event if there are not enough participants - you will be offered a full refund if the new date is not suitable.
